A big thank you to everyone who took part in the 2020 Festival sponsored walk on Sunday 24 th June 2018.
More than a dozen determined walkers took on a 10 mile hike around the beautiful scenery of the River Stour and surrounding countryside between Canterbury and Chartham . The only cause of discontent for the happy band was the envy felt by the walkers on a boiling hot day as the dogs entered the river to cool off!
As we get ever nearer to the Festival every initiative matters. Many thanks to W.Bro . Peter and Mrs Sue Laker for once again organising the walk and laying on a most enjoyable reception at their house . An excellent way to spend a Sunday!
