On Friday 17th September Westwood Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No.1354 will finally be celebrating their 50th Anniversary and holding a Banner Dedication Ceremony at the Sevenoaks Masonic Centre, more details of which can be found below,
The meeting will commence at 10.00am, with the Banner Dedication Ceremony being carried out by our Provincial Grand Master, R.W.Bro. Archibald Iain Torrance. As this will be exactly one week before our Annual Provincial Meeting, it is most likely to be one of Archie’s last formal engagements as our Prov.G.M.
Once the members of Westwood Lodge have completed their reservations, meeting and/or dining bookings will go on general release from Saturday 4th September on first-come, first-served basis.
Royal Ark Mariner Meeting
The meeting is open to subscribing R.A.M. members only and will be held at: Sevenoaks Masonic Centre, 119a St Johns Hill, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3PE –
10:00am prompt.
50th Anniversary Celebration Lunch
The lunch is open to all, including members of the Mark degree, those in the Craft and non-Masons alike. The lunch will be held at: Giacomo s Ristorante Italiano, Morley Rd, Sevenoaks Weald, Sevenoaks Kent TN14 6QR.
Arrival time 12:15pm for 12:30pm
A complimentary glass of Prosecco or Soft drink will be available on arrival
A fabulous three course Lunch will be served at 1:00pm, with coffee and mints thereafter
There will be a choice of three starters, mains and puddings for you to choose from on the booking form
The cost of the meal will be £40 per person, with further drinks being charged at the table
