Here in the Mark Province of Kent we have Lodges dating back to the 19th Century and the period of the formation of Mark Grand Lodge, yet we haven’t celebrated a Centenary for a number of years.

Just like the old adage about buses, we now have three coming along at once later this year, namely:

Saye & Sele Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 309 on 13th May at West Hill,Dartford
Pentangle Lodge of Mark Master Masons No. 682 on 23rd May at Gundulph Square, Rochester
Manor of Chatham Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 584 on 10th June at Manor Road, Chatham

If you would like to attend any of these meetings and help the Lodges celebrate their 100 years of continuous working, then please contact their Secretary/Scribe via the details published in the red Kent Masonic Year Book.

Although it cannot be guaranteed at this stage, it is hoped that we may be receiving some senior visitors from Mark Masons’ Hall to help the Lodges celebrate these wonderful achievements.
