As we near the end of the general suspension of Masonic activity, I wish to inform you of some changes to our Provincial Leadership Team.
I am pleased to announce that I have invited W. Bro. Perri Ahmet, P.G.J.D. A.Prov.G.M., to be my Deputy Provincial Grand Master, to succeed V.W. Bro. Fred Brown, P.G.J.O. Dep.Prov.G.M.
I am also pleased to announce that I have invited W. Bro. David Stiff, P.G.S.D. Prov.G.Sec., and W. Bro. Martyn Summers, P.G.Stwd. Provincial Retention Officer, to be my Assistant Provincial Grand Masters, following the retirement of W. Bro. Ian Gallehawk P.G.J.D. A.Prov.G.M.
These appointments will take effect from the scheduled date of our annual meeting on 26 September 2020 and I look forward to investing them all.
I am sure you will wish to join me in congratulating Perri, David and Martyn on their appointments and wishing them every success in their new roles. Also, I wish to pay tribute to Fred and Ian for the huge amount of work they have done and for their wonderful support for the Mark Province of Kent in general and for me as Provincial Grand Master in particular. I am sure we all wish them well.
