I raced long distance triathlon and represented Great Britain in the World Championships for two years in the noughties.

Along with my wife Steph I am a Chevalier in The Order of the Golden Sabre.

I am a keen motorcyclist and member of the Widows Sons.

I love adventurous holidays. I spent my 50th birthday trekking up the Amazon and more recently cycled several hundred miles around the Burmese countryside. My poor wife comes along too!
