On Thursday the 13th April 2017, the Provincial Grand Master, R W Bro Archibald Iain Torrance, accompanying the Assistant Grand Master, R W Bro John Prizeman, with members of the Kent Executive, attended the Greenwich Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No 332 to join in their celebrations of 100 years of continuous working.

Greenwich Lodge is one of the Province’s unusual Lodges in that it meets in London at Mark Masons’ Hall.

On this special occasion, the Worshipful Commander of the Lodge, W Bro Andrew Garrow, ceded the Chair to the father of the Lodge, W Bro Clarry Garrow who incidentally happens to be the father of the Worshipful Commander too.

A short history of the Lodge was presented by W Bro Clarry Garrow which was warmly received by everyone present.

Afterwards, a happy Festive Board was enjoyed by all during which the Lodge presented the Provincial Grand Master with a donation of £1,000 towards the 2020 Festival of the Mark Benevolent Fund.
