On 23 January, APGM WBro Fred Brown paid an official visit to Malling Abbey Royal Ark Mariner Lodge 1425.
The Lodge was treated to an excellent rendition of the Tracing Board by WBro Michael Plant, who delivered the explanation with his traditional skill and aplomb.
The Lodge then made a donation of £800 to the 2020 Festival, thereby attaining the Festival Bronze Award level. A tremendous achievement! Many thanks go to the Lodge and, in particular, the Charity Steward, WBro Peter Hayler, who has worked tirelessly to help the Lodge in its ongoing support for the Festival.

After a most enjoyable festive board, everyone left for home on a cold and foggy evening looking forward to seeing the Lodge attain its next target.
