Saturday 8th June proved to be a very busy and productive day for Temple Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges.
The day started as Bro Brian White was elevated into the Royal Ark Mariner Lodge. Bro Brian first joined the Mark Degree in 2004. Sadly, circumstances saw him away from Mark Masonry for a period but, since 2004, Bro Brian had not joined the Royal Ark Mariner Degree. So, some 15 years after first becoming a Mark Master Mason, Bro Brian was elevated into the Royal Ark Mariner Degree in an excellent ceremony conducted by W.Bro. Michael Plant. W.Bro. Michael is a ritualist of much renown and the Elevation really could not have been better.
The Mark meeting then turned into something of a family affair as Bro. Ayhan Ahment was installed as Worshipful Master with his son, APGM W.Bro. Perri Ahmet, in the role of DC. With the Provincial Grand Master and a team of Provincial Officers present, this turned out to be a very special day for Temple Lodge of Mark Master Masons.
Yet another meeting that showed how Mark Masonry in Kent is alive and well and looking to a very positive future.
