On the evening of Tuesday 8th June, and for the second year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Provincial Grand Master, R.W.Bro. Archie Torrance, and members of the Provincial Executive hosted a video conference for newly appointed and reappointed Grand Officers.
On what would have been the day of their much anticipated Investiture in London they were welcomed and congratulated by R.W.Bro. Archie on their richly deserved honours.
During the evening their potential new role as a Provincial Grand Masterâs Representative was outlined along with where to find key resources to assist them.
After a toast to Absent Brethren, there was a lively and friendly Q&A session at the conclusion of which everyone raised a glass in celebration, (above).
It is hoped that the new recipients of Grand Rank will be able to be Appointed at Mark Grand Lodge in September along with those being Promoted.
Writing on his social media channels the Prov.G.M commented that the evening was “Great fun but also an important opportunity to discuss the future in their new ranks and current developments in the Province. Many congratulations to them all”.
